Workshops are for beginners to experienced players.

These workshops are devised in order to enable students to gain the knowledge and confidence required for playing and improvising jazz.

We begin the class by warming up with various rhythm exercises.

Musicians with limited experience are encouraged and guided through the first steps towards playing jazz.

Students are given the opportunity to play with a professional rhythm section.

Easy to read charts are presented to students as we work on ensemble dynamics.

Each student is helped with individual technique and knowledge of scales and harmony.

By the end of the session everybody is improvising!!
